Managed by Vito Fierro for the last 10 years, as a family member of the Company, our Department has more of a personal touch which over time has helped us to understand your needs as a Landlord. We fully understand the importance of keeping you in the know when it comes to your investment and for that reason we place great emphasis on staff training to ensure we are always up to date with the ever changing rules and legislation within the Industry. Finding a property to rent
We can give you help and advice on a particular area and help work out what you can afford to pay. We can also let you know what landlords will need from you such as deposits and references, and explain what you can expect from your landlord by the way of safety, maintenance and repairs.
Letting your property
If you have a property to let, we can help you decide whether to offer your property furnished or unfurnished, advice you on the right rent, and advice how to make your property more appealing to possible tenants. Rental properties have to comply with a number of safety regulations and we can advice you on exactly what you will require. From simply finding a tenant to full property management we can offer the service.
